Lovely trek in slippery conditions. Tour guide was mau, lovely young lady. A bit quiet at times. Felt like following someone rather than being guided. Lots of being sold things at various points but the locals are funny at times.
This is a very nice way to see the areas rice terraces and a small village. The tour was about 12km and mostly downhill on a dirt pathway that I would rate as a moderate hike. For us, it was pretty dry but if it rained recently it looks like it could be quite muddy and slippery. I thought it was a great way to be introduced to Sa Pa.
