Our Second World War walking tour with Paul was excellent. He was especially knowledgeable on the details of the Resistance, key events and the escape lines used by allied airman. Paul's walking tour was extremely interesting and delivered with humour at appropriate moments. I would highly recommend this walking tour if you have a few hours to spend in Carcassonne.

Paul was great. The pace was perfect, Paul's passion, professionalism and knowledge made it one of the best tours I've been on. I highly recommend if you get an opportunity to take this tour.

On behalf of the four walkers in our party, we agree Paul gave an excellent talk, very professional, educational and entertaining, although we didn't join for this reason but for knowledge. His walking tour was comprehensive and detailed, well supported by impactful visual aids, which help the walkers' attention and appreciation of the subject under discussion. We wholeheartedly appreciated his research and imaginative, fun delivery of a dark subject and can unreservedly recommend his tour.

Expected a big group but it was just the two of us ( to our advantage )

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Paul. He provided us with lots of interesting information and had an indepth knowledge of life in Carcassonne during the Second World War. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of Carcassonne during this era.
