Darrell Rivers is a British-American historian with an incredible breadth of knowledge, particularly around London. He works as a historical advisor for TV & film and a consultant for various historical projects around the world. He specialises in the Napoleonic Wars, Crimean War, and the American Civil War. He is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and a Kentucky Colonel.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, we were well informed of historical events, dates, names etc etc He had a good sense of humour and made out your so enjoyable. We were not rushed and he was more than happy to answer all our questions, we’ve have done a lot of tours in many countries and our guide yesterday was up there with some of the best. Great experience.
