I can really recommend doing this tour. Its very interesting and we received a lot of information. Our guide Dito was very friendly and passionate about giving us informartion. We saw interesting places and i liled the tour (except the bird market, which is horrible). If you wanna explore Malang and learn more about the place, book this tour
We where with as small group of 3 as had a great time. Our guide Dito was very knowledgeable and as a Dutch resident it was fascinating to see and hear about the Dutch influences in Malang. The walk was about 3 hours and we visited the center with both town squares and KajoeTangan Heratige area. time well spend. Thanks again Dito for a very nice tour and a well spend morning.
Galih Adi took us on a 3.5 h tour around the old center of Malang. Starting from the train station, we visited i.a. both town squares, the heritage neighbourhood Kajoetangan, and an animal/plant market. Galih Adi was very knowledgeable about the history and present of the places we visited. One thing in particular that I found a good addition was that Galih Adi brought a booklet with old pictures of the places that we visited. Overall I can highly recommend a guided tour with Galih Adi!
This tour was so good! I didn't know anything about malang so started my trip with this tour and it was so worth it! Dino showed us the most interesting places and explained their history as well as less touristy places that I probably wouldn't have been to. 10/10 recommend!
