If you’re looking for a historically accurate representation of the Albaycín, look elsewhere. The guide (or guru) will leave out important historical information because some dark parts of the history of Granada apparently are too uncomfortable to explain accurately to curious tourists. I understand this might just be my own experience and do hope that other guides are more historically knowledgeable and intellectually honest.

If visiting Granada and go for english guidance, Valerie is your guide. She is telling the history of Granada as a story. And this is the way to do it. Thank you!

Was a great tour with a very motivated and enthusiastic guide (Marc). He took his time to show us all the lovely places, great viewpoints and the Cave houses and explained a lot about the history of Granada. I really can recommend it. The Tour was officially 2:15. But we had almost 3 hours.
