We had a good time with Balaban às our guide. She is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad that she was quite patiently tô our group as members were also interested in talking to each other and off the topic conversations happened many times. 😅 I highly recommend this tour if you want to have an intro to history and culture of Kazakhstan and Almaty!
