1. Block an event when you are not available
At GuruWalk, all bookings are always confirmed automatically. If you know that you will not be able to do the tour, you have to block the event to avoid a booking.
2. Cancel in the platform system
If you have a booking that you can’t make and that there is no other way to cancel it, then you have to cancel it through the platform system. Otherwise we will continue to send automatic messages to the traveler and he/she could give you a bad review.
3. Modify date / time of a booking
In the case that the tour can’t take place at the moment it was booked, then it’s better to modify the booking and not to cancel it.

4. Send an automatic welcome message
With this feature, you can write a welcome message that is sent 20 minutes after the traveler’s booking, in order to make like you sent it personally. You can share important considerations without having to copy and paste it every time a booking is made. In addition, it opens a conversation channel with travelers in case they have any questions.

5. Block the event 24h before if you didn’t receive bookings
It may happen that you don’t receive bookings for an event. Normally, you would have to manually block this event to avoid receiving a last minute bookings that you will not be able to make due to the short notice. With feature, you no longer have to worry as this feature automatically blocks the event the day before if you didn’t receive bookings.
6. Limit the number of travelers per tour event
To avoid waking up one day with the blessed problem of having too many people at an event on your tour, you are able to set a limit of participants per tour.
