Rafaela was friendly and fun, and the tour is nice to discover the historical center of São Paulo. The group was however very big (+30 people) and the sound of the speaker wasn't the best so it was hard to catch all the information. There were also many breaks contributing to a certain lack of information and some parts of the history were summarized so much that it ended up being rather debatable if not historically wrong. It would also have been nice if the different stops followed a clearer logic or chronology to get a better understanding of the city in general.

Hi Gabriel! Thank you very much for your honest feedback, I appreciate it. This is Carnaval week so most touristic things are quite crowded, sorry you had a hard time hearing me, I tried to check quite often if everyone could hear me. About the history, I did indeed summarized it more than usual at the final part because some people were tired and told me they were not sure they would get to the final part so I felt the need to rush a bit and might have skipped or focudmsed on parts of the history that might not show the complete picture. But that's part of leading a group and I understand that by catering the need of some I might not be able to please everyone. Will keep in mind what you suggested for the future tours :)

Excellent tour packed with top notch information when it comes to history, the current political state, details about the everyday life as well as recommendations. Our guide was funny, witty and super open to any question we had. Extremely recommended for anyone visiting Santiago!

We had a very nice tour that mostly focused on the street art by showing us some famous murals, telling us about some of the more prominent artists and their lives, and explaining a bit about Valparaiso in general. Our guide really knew the city and its people and it was very nice to see her bump into old friends and to get to know more about the daily life of the locals. There was not much history but it felt that we got answers to the questions we asked anyway. The tour was about 30mn shorter than expected but it was quite a bit of walking so it was fine by us. Definitely recommend!

The night tour with Manuel was great, we got a lot of history and the tour took us to enough places to understand better the history of Sucre. Manuel was also very open to share more personal details about life in Sucre and Bolivia when we asked so it felt like we got a good introduction to Bolivia in general. Highly recommend!

Great tour to get to see Florence with a new eye, whether it is about works of street art, small streets and artists' workshops. Christine is a fantastic guide that knows a lot about the city and its alternative side, and I really enjoyed being able to chat with her in general about Florence. I highly recommend!
