Giovanni

Giovanni never showed up and didn't respond to my initial message nor my subsequent messages. I waited almost 15 minutes past the meeting time. I finally decided to go on my own.

We had a tour planned with Giovanni and he didn’t show up. We waited 20 min and ended up going alone. He never communicated to us that he wasn’t able to make it anymore. Disappointing experience.

If you want to visit Parque Arvi this is a great way to do it with someone local! We broight our child who is five years old and had a great nature day. The scenes from the top are unreal. We took a bus uphill and even saw some horses. There is a playground and small waterfall - the air felt nice and refreshing away from the city. Thanks Giovanni for an excellent day!

Giovanni is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His tour was fantastic and exceeded my expectations!

Really awesome tour, Giovanni's energy is really great - can tell he really wants to share information. Learned a lot, not just about plants but also about history and some of his personal viewpoints. Arvi Park is quite cool, wish we could've explored more of it! The tour started in Poblano Metro Station at 10AM and ended around 3PM at the Arvi Park tram (no problem, he asked us if we were okay going back ourselves and we all said yes). Thanks Giovanni!
