We messaged the guide early to apologise and say we'd be 5mins late. No response and the guide didn't show.

Hi, I am sorry for this inconvenience but there were many people who booked the tour and they all came 5, 10 minutes before the beginning. I always start on time because I usually have 2, 3 tours a day and being late is not allowed. Kind regards :)
