First of all, I did not send you a confirmation mail about the tour. Secondly you had to book the tour in advance ( I mean not on the morning of the tour day). Because I have to make some arrangements. It’s totally normal that I might be busy and not respond you quickly. Because you just told me that you wanted to take tour on the morning of the day. You were late for that day’s tour. And I replied you that I was available for the other day’s tour. You said nothing.
So do you still think that you are right?
