Luigi was a fantastic guide, really friendly and kind, gave us loads of little stories along the route and was super happy to answer everyone’s questions and give recommendations for good gelato or food or when to go to museums. My only problem was that I couldn’t finish the tour as I had to run to catch my plane home. But I’ll be back and finish the tour next time 🤩
Ali was a great tour guide. He was thorough and interesting and knew so much information. He also made sure we met our cruise bus at the right time and location. We had a Great day with Ali!
Despite several last-minute cancellations by other participants, the tour was not cancelled and the two of us had a very interesting guided tour of Florence. Ali knows the history of the city very well. He conveys information in an entertaining and vivid way and is always happy to answer questions. We had a great time.

Es war schade da Ali nicht kam. Als Ersatz kam Luigi, der sehr nett war und uns vieles erzählte, die Tour war jedoch hauptsächlich von Architektur und Geschichte geprägt, wodurch man schon etwas Vorwissen haben sollte. Geschichten aus dem Alltag, wie es in Ali‘s Beschreibung stand, kamen leider gar nicht. Luigi war nett, aber nicht die Art von Führung, die wir erwartet haben. Warum Ali nicht kam, wurde nie gesagt. Sehr schade, wenn man Guru-Walks anbietet und dann kommt dich jemand ganz anderes..
