"-Please schedule the tour before 10 pm of the previous day. I always send a "thank you for booking" message, if you don't receive it, it means I didn't see the booking."

Also, I couldn't answer you call or your messages because I was in class and couldn't talk on the phone, but as soon I could, I answered, apologized for the inconvenience and explained that I am not even in the country.
