Lorenzo did not show up and never responded to my msg about it. I booked the tour and even received a msg from him with tips about bringing water (maybe this was automated?), but he never showed up. 5 minutes past 2pm I msged him and am yet to get a response one day later. It was a holiday on Aug 16, but he should not have had this day as an option. Wasted my time!
