Do not waste your time! We booked the 10 am morning tour which should have been Southern instead got a different guide and tour. Gloria was leading the Spanish tour so at first there was some question of if we'd have a guide. When we asked the guide, Clementina, if we were on the afternoon tour route she shrugged and said "this is the tour I do." Looking it up afterward we didnt follow either tour route and the only thing on the website tour listings from either tour we saw was the Jewish Ghetto and widest street. The tour was horrible, she would point to some and say "this is x" and then just move on without a story or explanation. The history or city information we did get was almost an afterthought. Instead we got FIFTEEN MINUTE non sequiturs with one memorable one being on the guides first job and why are Germans so insistent on rules and time keeping as they should be more like the Italians. We were also frequently treated to discussions on Italian coffee habits. With little information on current or historical Venice we bailed when the tour finally hit a main road - 2 hours and 15 minutes it's a into the tour with the guide saying it would be another hour to the end and having seen mostly back streets with no explanation. Based on this tour I will NEVER take another guru walks tour!
