Hi! Sorry but my friends and I thought the tour was very boring, the guide didn't show much passion when she spoke about the buildings and she seemed very impatient with us when we wanted to stop to look properly at the art gallery and to take photos of things, she was rushing us a lot and we were left unsatisified and didn't learn anything. The guide was very friendly so I give two stars for that.

We are so sorry to know that your visit/ experience with us fell short of expectation. As we organize the join-in group tour, please understand that people have different pave and timing and have to manage the tour on time. According to the guide report, you and your friend were late 15 minutes to join the tour. So she and other travelers had to wait for you. also, at the end of the tour, she informed you to see off you, for two of you, to the art gallery as FOC. But it was turned down by you. That is coming from her side. Understanding both sides story, we want to say really sorry for misunderstanding for that. We also strictly instructed to give enough information to travelers with a deep passion for showing around the areas of the colonial buildings. We thank you for giving a chance to make things right.
