I have been to some free walking tours and unfortunately the one i took in Luxembourg wasn’t matching my expectations. I find the tour guide wasn’t engaging, interactive enough to all of the participants, seemed not welcoming (even though she was nice throughout the tour). To start with i think, it would be nice to start a tour with a proper introduction, about the tour guide, about where are the participants from, what is the overall tour about and are we going to do in that tour. Yes, it has probably been stated in the website before making the booking, but another round of confirmation would be nice. The story a side of the city was great. It was a nice story telling, great walk and get to see the historic sites. Overall, it was an ok experience.
