Free walking tours are always a great way to discover a new city and we always try and do one on our first day to get our bearings and understand a bit of the history of the city. The Warsaw walk was as good as any we had done in other places only slightly spoiled by being extremely cold which meant it was occasionally hard to concentrate on the talk and not the cold feet. However Wanda our guide did her best to keep us all interested and enthusiastic and her knowledge of Warsaw was very impressive. Given the nature of a mixed international audience I thought she handled the sensitive periods of the second world war and communist rule with great diplomacy. Well done - keep up the good work.
