We waited for nearly 1/2 hour at the meeting place, outside restaurant near the bullring. No guide showed up. Most disappointed after driving to Ronda from Malaga expecting a Guru Walk tour!

The booking was cancelled in advance. There are no tours now. I had a baby, I am not working. There are a lot of local guides in Ronda, there are also english tours at the tourist office. Look for another tour and pay for it, It's not my fault, you are very rude and ... Happy not to know you 😜

As we were literally leaving Malaga to drive to Cordoba, the guide canceled the tour due to insufficient number of people. The LATE CANCELLATION was a shock & forced us to book another GuruWalk that we waited for at the meeting place & the guide never showed. As it turned out, the guide CHANGED THE MEETING PLACE!

Hi Frank! Thank you for your feedback. As per our messages 5 hours prior the tour, I had only your booking and the tour didnt reach the minimum number of walkers. I really thought I was going to get more walkers. I apologised twice and kindly offered you guys to book another guide (we all are different companies and I cannot respond for others) to be able to do the tour in my beloved city. I totally understand your dissapointment and I am sorry your experience was not as expected, my bad. All reviews help me improve:) You have a lovely day guys and see you next time!

We were scheduled to meet @ 12:30 PM at Plaza de La Tendillas 159. The address was not visible and even the tourist info office knew nothing of this 159 address. Nonetheless we looked all over the plaza for 20 minutes but NO GURU WALK person was there! We drove two hours from Malaga planning on seeing Cordoba with a GuruWalk guide to be stood up by a no-show guide! Stupidly, the guide CHANGED THE MEETING PLACE!

We have used GURU the past 5 trips to Europe; Austria, France & Italy; never disappointed!

Mirko was, without exception, the very best tour guide that my wife and I have utilized in 31 years of traveling to Europe. He is phenomenal!
