Elena was passionate about her city and gave us a very full 3 hours walk around the key places to see. She made time for questions at each venue and answered them fully. It has given me direction for my remaining days in Athens. She provided historical and practical information. I recommend this tour.
This was my second tour with George. I have to say he is the best guide I have had on these guided walks and I have done many. He is passionate about his city, remembers everyones name and country, even played and sang tonight. The places visited were fascinating and George brought them alive. I've used Guru tours in the past. Always very good and the tour of Thessaloniki centre continued the excellence. George had a passion for his city, he had great knowledge and an even greater memory remembering all the participants names and countries of origin, there must have been 25! Good walk, interesting venues, nothing but full praise from me.
