The tour guide Miquele, was sympathetic and knew how to tell interesting stories about Florence's history. Sometimes he lost connection with his crowd. As a positive feedback it would be nice to get to know the people you're doing the tour with before actually beginning the tour, the tour guide can facilitate this. And mention there is a free sparkling water fountain at the Castello Vecchio! That's a cool rarety to find. Thanks Mikele!
