This tour company is completely unprofessional and it's not recommended at all. Even though we received a confirmation email about the time and place of the tour; when we turned up we were told that on that day a tour in English was cancelled. We were not the only ones so it was not a mistake. Added to this was a very arrogant attitude of the guides present who did not offer any apology or suggestion as to another tour company or even to join a tour in Spanish. I spoke to them in Spanish so it was not a question of the guides not understanding what I ask about. My friend doesn't speak Spanish so that's why we did need a tour in English. It is the first time I'm writing a negative review of a free walking tour but these guys behaviour as extremely unprofessional and rude.
