This tour follows a script. No big surprise

You must know this is not a free tour where you decide what to pay at the end. Our tour was combined with a paid tour. In the middle of the Tour, the guide just said to us I will charge you 400 HKD = USD 55 . That’s made us uncomfortable. At the end, the guide counted our money in from of all the others (the others have already paid, since they were at the paid tour part). No good!

Hi Evandro, You came in the morning and everything was perfect, then we don't understand how is it possible that you didn't go. The guide was at the meeting point, and the tour was done as usual. We are so sorry to hear that you didn't catch it, something has happened, maybe you have misunderstood the meeting point/time because the tour was done, and the guide was waiting for you as she remembered you from the morning... if it happens again, we provide a phone number so that you can call us. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Great Tour. Even with bad weather, the guide made her best to present lots of information
