Overall it was a good tour. The guide was friendly and always did her best in trying to answer to my questions. I would only suggest not to include the visit to the Hoa Lo Prison in this tour. The place itself, the pictures and the exhibition inside the prison could be hard to digest or even terrifying only to see for certain people, including myself. I would never have gone to this place on my own and honestly I wouldn't have booked this tour if I knew in advance we were visiting such a place. On the other hand, there's a lot of information available inside the prison for those who are interested, making it unnecessary to go there with a tour guide. Apart from this place, I enjoyed the tour and the other places that we visited.
