We couldn't take the tour, so I can't really say anything about the content of the tour. Normally I wouldn't have wrote a review in that case but as I found the outcome of an e-mail to her pretty unpleasant I wanted to warn other travelers. We arrived in Dubrovnik late at night and I was looking for free tours early on the next day when I found this side. As that specific date (Saturday) was no more listed on the booking site I thought that maybe there was a condition implemented to book 12 hours before tour start or something (like some booking sites have). So I thought that it would be a good approach sending her a mail asking if it was still possible to sign up for the tour tomorrow (and I did that in a friendly manner, I suppose). As a response I got a really unfriendly email telling me that it was her day off, I should stop bothering her and that she would deserve a free day as well and stuff like that. I just found it really impolite answering like that to a friendly mail - she could just have said it's not possible because she has her day off and it would have been fine. That's why I decided I should warn you guys about it (and apparently Saturday is her day off - for you to know ;-D).
