Come hungry and ready to try some of Rome's best everyday delights. The food sites that Claudio introduced us too were clearly favorites of locals that we would not have found on our own. Also, Claudio set us up with information on more than a week's worth of other food finds to try. Do this tour early in your trip.

The one main thing I would like to suggest to future "walkers" is to go on one of your first days in Rome. Claudio offers 2 different tours and if we had gone earlier, we would have taken the second one too. Next time! The length of the tour and the amount of food was just perfect. I have been on some "foodie" tours that are too long and too much. Claudio is a wealth of information of all types...not just for the tour. He has a wonderful pleasant personality and goes above and beyond.
