We did show, Kelly unfortunately could not find the meeting point. Walter running the tour that day waited an extra 15 minutes for her. Kelly left a message to call her via Guru chat,
We try are best but be can't always call people just before a tour is going start to guide them in. Never had a one star review for this reason before
