I was able to experience Ines's walking tour this past Tuesday. It was an AWESOME one-on-one breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. Ines and I walked to the most popular (and for good reason) lookout point in Panama City, Ancon Hill. The tour was a great combination of a nature walk and a very informative history lesson and discussion, which made it the perfect tour for me. Ines was very knowledgeable and receptive to other perspectives. I also appreciated how Ines was very strategic about the selection of the meeting point in efforts to share the cultural gems in Panama City that do not receive as much attention as they deserve. Finally, she made the perfect dinner recommendation for my last night in Panama City- La Tapa Del Coco. AMAZING! I can go on and on. This walking tour was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
