Beginners scuba diving and snorkelling experience in Ibiza

Dive into Ibiza's underwater world with a top-rated five-star diving centre. You'll learn the essential principles of safe scuba diving on board a boat under the guidance of a certified instructor. The dive itself lasts around half an hour, reaching a maximum depth of 8 metres, and takes place at a stunning location on Ibiza's western coast.

While scuba diving, you'll always be under the watchful eye of your instructor, as part of a small group of novice divers. The instructor-to-participant ratio is a maximum of four to one, ensuring personalised attention. After completing your introductory dive, you can snorkel around the boat while waiting for the other divers to finish.

Accessibility:

• This scuba diving experience is suitable for healthy participants aged 10 to 60
• Scuba diving isn't permitted for pregnant women, people who think they may be pregnant, active asthmatics, diabetics, epileptics, people with back problems, pneumothorax, high blood pressure, or any ear, heart, lung, sinus, blood or organ disorders/problems, or participants with any mental or physical health disorder/issue/problem, either currently or in the past. It's also not permitted for people who have had any surgery in the last 12 months or who are taking any prescription medication. Not allowed:

• You can scuba dive with contact lenses, but not with glasses

Know in advance:

• Basic swimming skills are required
• Participants must be able to float unaided for 2 minutes
• After scuba diving, you must wait 12 hours before boarding a plane or performing any altitude activity
