Hello John, and thank you for this nice review. Indeed uring the Christmas Market the city of Strasbourg is very busy, that is not something we can control unfortunately. We're doing our best to avoid the busiest parts, but they are also often the most interesting places. Also during this period we do our best to have several guides for each tour, so we can divide in smaller groups, but it is not always possible. We'd ba happy to show you around at a less busy time, so feel free to come back! :)
