What a wonderful, charming and eloquent guide! She was very patient even with rude Italians who demanded to fully translate the tour in Italian (and they signed for an English tour ) She was knowledgeable and kind with everyone. She answered all questions and made sure we had plenty of information. I very much appreciated having her on my first trip to Venice. Outstanding!
