I'm very sorry and somewhat surprised to read this because you were very engaged throughout the tour, although you did mention you were cold quite a few times. I thought the tour went rather well, considering that everyone else but the two of you cancelled and we had to wrap it in time for your concert. It was the first time I guided just two people, and I enjoyed being able to interact with both of you the whole time.
The weather tends to be quite cold in December in Austria, and there's not much I can do about that, but I'm disappointed you felt I was unprepared, because I invested years into my studies of the subject, and months into this particular tour. I did have to rush the last third to get you back to the centre in time for your next engagement, and we lost about 10-15 minutes in the beginning because you had trouble finding the starting point.
