Let me get a chance to explain no show on that day. I usually look at the tour booking. When i observed it in the morning, there was no booking for that day. Normally on that day, tour schedule is 3:30pm. I came to know (later in 2;00pm) that you booked it as last minute booking. So, i have no time to prepare for booking as i live a bit far away from downtown. Even though i normally don't run free walk if there is solo traveler when there is no other booking, but i would have rescheduled or arranged something for you if you booked me earlier. I am so sorry for your inconvenience. Please take note that once i knew your booking, i replied it right away. I think you got it?
Your review made me feel sorry and have a chance to fix something that i should mention if it is a last minute booking, you should directly ask to the guide and need guide's confirmation. Anyway, thank you for that!
