Dear Eirik, thanks for sharing your feedback, we at Yo Tours take the guest feedback very seriously and guest feedbacks helps us improve on a continuous basis. We at Yo Tours run tours even if it is for just one person, however we require a confirmation from the guests for joining the tour because travel plans change last minute and we understand it well, being travelers ourselves. We have checked and noted that in this case an email was sent to you, however we did not receive any response back, many a times we are unable to connect to an international mobile number as well, thus our storyteller did not show up for the tour.
