Manuel is very sympathetic and kind, he is open for individual wishes, if you like to know or see something different besides his tour. He is well informed about Florence and it was fun to listen to him. You really feel his connection to this city and this makes it very comfortable to listen :) We got everything we expected of an unique little city tour!
