Changed the hour of the tour about 2/3 hours before it started. The guide did not follow the route defined... Of 14 stops, he did not go to 6 of them.

Where to start? First, on this kind of tour I'm not interested on getting a history I'm more interested on learning the living of the city. Paolo might have a great knowledge on history but we got lost on all the information about the invasions and kings and so on. Second, we were in Italy several days and our last stop was Bologna. Because of that I didn't check my email for several days before the tour. When I got home I realized that Paolo had sent me some nasty messages because he wanted my phone number to "keep in touch"??? and I wasn't answering the emails. What the hell??? OK, I should have checked my but to almost insult me because I wasn't answering was a bit too much!

Christine was great! We were only 2 so the tour was more like a friends walk than actually a tour. :)
