We unfortunately couldn't find Saad on the meeting place in front of the Duomo despite being there on the confirmed time, and we were not able to reach him through the messaging function on GuruWalk. We still had a great time in Milan, but it was a pity we didn't get the chance to take the tour. Maybe the meeting place can be more exact (perhaps right by the Vittorio Emanuele ii statue?) and perhaps Saad could wear something showing that he is a guide (a GuruWalk t-shirt, a colourful umbrella, or a flag or something?) so that other visitors may find him more easily?
