Had booked had email confirmation 2 email s the night before and morning of your off Florence to say see you soon we went day before to find meeting place then got taxi there he confirmed this was place waited an hour didn't turn up

No! I am sorry Diane but you surely wrong place! Our meeting point is in piazza Santa Maria Novella and we had nice tour last sunday! No cancelation at all! I don't know where you were....not at our meeting point confirmed you by msg on Guru!
