My boyfriend and I attended the walking tour recently on a trip to Istanbul which was hosted by Can. He was very warm and welcoming and greeted us with some delicious Turkish delight to get us going. He explained the subtle nuances behind each food item that he had on his list to give us a deeper insight into what the food means for Turkish people. The tour lasted around 2 and a half hours. Would recommend if you're a keen foodie! Most delicious thing was the stuffed mussels!
