Lorenzo was very easy to spot from the start, he's very punctual. We immediately had an easy contact with him, he is very friendly and likable. As there were only two of us (my spouse and I), Lorenzo made a personalized visit with our questions and recommendations in relation to our tastes. We had a beautiful exchange about Florence's past and the link between the past and the present, it is obvious that Lorenzo likes to pass on his knowledge to visitors. We highly recommend him!
