However, I only received your confirmation 10mins before the scheduled start time, rather than earlier in the morning. I am not able to wait on-site without a confirmed response. There are simply too many last-minute cancellations, and guests are not required to take responsibility for them — they can cancel easily, while I would be the one losing time and energy waiting. I also shared the itinerary details in advance. Unfortunately, no additional attempt was made to reach out. I hope this clarifies the situation from my perspective.
