Very fun and educational trip! Tien is knowledgeable about the streets, arts, and culture. Highly recommend.
It’s ok . Tien said she has other plans because I booked the tour just the nite before . So she asked me if it was ok to cancel the tour.
Very entertaining and joyful experience, our guide Tien and the other two people with us were amazing! We enjoyed 2 and a half hours learning and laughing! He was also very flexible with the time, asking everybody if they wanted to do less or more walking (if tired)
This company is a disaster. I booked 2 tours and both guides were no shows. Tien messaged me a couple of hours after the booking was confirmed and I was already downtown near the starting point to say she was cancelling because she had "other plans" for the day. Make sure you have other plans and use the other tour company!
