Uno spirito cosmopolita qui. Viaggiando in disparte, ho vissuto in Norvegia, Spagna e Australia, dove ho studiato e lavorato per periodi più lunghi. Ora che risiedo a Sofia, è stato molto divertente mostrare amici e parenti in visita in giro. La mia passione per la storia, l'arte e la cultura mi ha portato a diventare una guida turistica autorizzata. È un lavoro secondario per me e lo faccio per il piacere di essere un buon padrone di casa.
Had a great time exploring Sofia with Chavdar as our guide! He was incredibly informative, full of interesting facts and local insights, but also funny and engaging - never a dull moment. This is an extraordinary good tour. Chavdar gives a lot of interesting information about Bulgarian history and culture and explains contexts very well. He also gives some fun facts and recommended traditional food and places to eat it, as well as other places to visit in Bulgaria. I definitely recommend going on this tour!
We are 4 mates in our 70s and have travelled extensively. We all felt that this was THE BEST guided walk we have been on. Chavdar was a mine of information. We trained about Bulgaria, the Bulgarian people and history of the region. Great fun just brilliant.
Truly one of the best and most comprehensive walking tours I've ever taken! I learned so much about Bulgarian history and culture and came away with many suggestions and ideas for things to do in and around Sofia and Bulgaria as a whole - I 100% recommend this tour!
