The walk never happened, the guide didn't show up. Took a cab from El Laguito to Centro, waited hr, was told the tour was off, hopped back in a cab.

Dear passenger, thanks for taking the time to reviewing us. We are aware of your evaluation and we are very sorry for the experience you must been through. That Sunday one of our guides suffered an incident with his car, which is why he could not present himself to his Guidance service for the Free Getsemani Tour, by notifying us over time it was not possible to do a replacement with another guide in short time. To avoid a worst experience, we decided to invite the people waiting to start the tour to join our other Free Walking Tour or the Tour in Spanish, which some of them decided to go to, also we invited them to assist the following day. We are very sorry for this mishap. Our interest is to serve who decide to know Cartagena with Beyond Colombia, fulfill them and show the best of our city with joy and respect. This was a situation that exceeded our control and it happens, in advance our most sincere excuses for this inconvenience, we will try to have the correct response in further situations.
