Sofi was an absolutely exceptional guide. From the very first minutes, it was clear she knows Rome deeply, not just the “big headline” facts, but the kind of context and detail that makes the city feel alive. Her recommendations and practical tips genuinely saved us a solid amount of money, and they were the type of advice you only get from someone who truly understands how Rome works day to day. What I loved most was her teaching style. You can tell she’s a teacher in the best way: she explains history with real structure, clarity, and rhythm, so the information actually sticks. Nothing felt like a memorized script. Her stories were engaging, thoughtful, and full of personality, and she did an amazing job connecting places, events, and people in a way that made everything easier to remember. She also answered every single question from the group with patience and confidence, and she handled all kinds of topics effortlessly. Even when she mentioned she’s “still getting to know the city,” she came across as a true Rome expert. She shared references, anecdotes, and small historical details that you simply wouldn’t find by searching online on your own. I do free walking tours in every new city I visit because they’re one of the best ways to understand a place, and this Rome tour with Sofi is honestly one of the best I can remember anywhere. Juan fue un guía maravilloso. Me ha parecido el tour perfecto, con información que se puede decir "típica" aderezada de un montón de datos curiosos y super interesantes. Se ve que le apasiona la historia de Roma, y lo supo transmitir a la perfección. Además, me pareció que lo combinaba todo con mucho rigor histórico. Por otro lado, no solo destaco la información que compartió (que como digo, fue impecable), sino el cómo la contó. Es, sin lugar a dudas, un comunicador maravilloso. No dudéis en contratar este tour.
