Fernando is clearly a very knowledgeable person who knows a lot about the history of Seville and Spain. However, the aspects and details of his knowledge that he was ready to share doesn't really fit the needs of a average tourist that uses the tour to get impression of the city and have some fun if possible. It really felt like I'm back to university and sitting on a lecture, And the type of interaction in the form of question about our knowledge of the history felt more like sitting an exam than a pub quiz. It was hard for me to follow while standing still for quite some time. The good part is the route itself, that helped us to orient ourself in the center part of the city good enough for walking on our own afterwards.
Very interesting walk - good historic experience!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to tie in his knowledge with photographs and stories. He encouraged each of us to ask and answer questions.
