„Przewodnik” pojawił się bez umówionego znaku (czerwona parasolka), przez co mijaliśmy go pod ustalonym miejscem kilka razy i nie wiedzieliśmy że to on, a sam też się nie ujawnił. Następnie poinformował nas, że NIE JEST PRZYGOTOWANY. Pytał gdzie byliśmy i co chcemy zobaczyć, jakby nie znał planu wycieczki, który był opublikowany na GuruWalk. Dał nam wydrukowane zdjęcia, o których nic nie opowiedział, a następnie wydrukowany tekst do przeczytania. Gdy zwróciłam uwagę, że nie po to decyduję się na przewodnika, żeby czytać tekst wycieczki, stwierdził, że może przeczytać tekst za mnie (?!). Stwierdziliśmy, że kontynuowanie wycieczki „z przewodnikiem” będzie stratą czasu i zrezygnowaliśmy z dalszego „oprowadzania”. Żałujemy, że sam nie odwołał wycieczki wcześniej (rezerwowaliśmy ją z tygodniowym wyprzedzeniem). Cały harmonogram dnia dopasowaliśmy do tego wydarzenia. —————— The guide showed up without the agreed-upon sign (the red umbrella). As a result, we walked past him at the meeting point several times without realizing it was him, and he didn't introduce himself either. He then informed us that he was NOT PREPARED. He kept asking where we had been and what we wanted to see, as if he wasn't familiar with the itinerary published on GuruWalk. He handed us some printed photos without explaining anything, followed by a printed text for us to read. When I pointed out that I don't book a guide just to read the tour script myself, he suggested he could read it for me instead (?!). We decided that continuing the tour with this 'guide' would be a complete waste of time and cut the 'tour' short. We really wish he had canceled the tour earlier (we booked a week in advance). We had planned our entire day's schedule around this event.
