Buena experiencia! El tour estuvo bien y el guía fue muy amable en todo momento. Además, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares para comer y consejos sobre atajos para llegar a la estación del tren para las personas que veníamos de fuera y no teníamos coche. Nos ahorró un montón de tiempo. En general, estuvo muy bien y vale la pena para conocer Toledo.

Carmen was very knowledgeable and very friendly . She gave us lots of vey interesting information along the tour .

All in all, I enjoyed the tour. Carmen managed to take us away from the crowds Toledo was filled with, for most of the time. We were able to enjoy the little winding streets and amazing views of the town. She provided us with some curious historical info too. The content was not all I expected it to be - which is probably fine. If we'd only gone by the route I'd expected, I'd probably not have needed the tour. The guide was also thoughtful and provided us with earpieces so that we could hear her in noisy environments. She did have a strong accent and one member of our group had difficulty understanding her. I also had to strain at times to make out some words. But this wasn't too bad. What I didn't like is, my tour was booked for 12:30, and I scheduled my day in Toledo around it. The day of, I got a message from the tour guide asking if I could attend it at 11:30. I couldn't because my train wasn't scheduled to arrive by that time. I attended a later tour at 1:30. But I had to kill an hour and a half after I arrived in Toledo and before the tour started, and my day felt a bit chaotic because of that. In any case, I still recommend this tour guide. Thank you Carmen!

Samuel fue un guía estupendo, ameno y un gran conocedor y entusiasta con la historia de su ciudad. Ademas tuvimos suerte de que el grupo no fuera muy numerosos, porque en pleno puente la ciudad estaba llena de gente.

Carmen was very friendly and shared the history of Toledo, but at times it felt like she was reading from her phone. Also it was a little difficult at times to understand her English. Overall we enjoyed the tour.
