Rahmat!

Ruby/Makhbuba gave us the best tour we could have hoped for. The 3 hours truly flew by. More than the sights and the information, it was an invaluable opportunity to learn her perspective on her home country and city.

This is for sure the most comprehensive tour of Bukhara! We got to see SO much and learn a lot! Maks gave a plethora of amazing information, and I feel like I definitely got a good understanding of Bukhara. Also, I was very lucky on my tour because we were all women, so we got to go into the women’s only hammam which was a huge bonus! The tour definitely did not seem long at all, even though we got to see SO much and it even went over time. I would highly recommend this tour!

Recomendada. Se visitan todos los puntos clave de la ciudad antigua. Maks compartió generosamente con nosotros información sobre su vida cotidiana y eso nos ayudó a entender mucho mejor el contexto de la ciudad que amablemente ella nos ayudó a recorrer.

We have done many free waking tours in our travels, and the tour with Maks was the best we have done. She is very informative and we went to many sights. Just be prepared that the tour is about 4 hours, but very worthwhile.

Very professional. When she walked us around she pointed all the interesting things and told us the stories. Even when we coincidentally passed next to a funeral she explained the rituals and highlighted things we saw in front of us. She showed us things in various stores simply to tell us interesting facts and not try to sell anything (I could tell she wasn’t bothered if we would shop!) I appreciate she didn’t only touch on political history but said many social and cultural sides of things. 4 hours were well spent!

Le walking tour était dense mais très riche et à un rythme tout à fait raisonnable. Nous avons passé un bon moment et en avons appris beaucoup sur l'histoire de Bukhara et de l'Ouzbékistan. Je recommande !

Fayz is an outstanding guide! I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. With 8 guests, the group was a perfect size which allowed for easy interaction. Fayz brought the historic sites and monuments to life with his in-depth knowledge and storytelling. Highly recommend taking this tour with Fayz!

Ruby was lovely and adapted the tour well to our group. Learnt lots about the ancient history and religion on Bukhara through the monuments. Also had fun in the markets, trying things on and learning how to spot a genuine handmade carpet.

Maks was a wonderful tour guide. She went at a good pace and had lots of interesting information about all our stops. Also included were stops at some artisan shops that added to the tour. The tour was 4 hours that went by very fast. We really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend.

La magia di Bukhara: il viaggio di un abitante del luogo.

We had one of the best tours of our trip to Uzbekistan with Laziz He is an excellent guide with an impressive knowledge of Bukhara’s history, heritage, and monuments. But what really sets him apart is his ability to engage the group, make the tour entertaining, and ensure everyone has a great time. The hours just fly by. We learned so much from him and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would definitely recommend Laziz to anyone visiting Bukhara.

Great tour - Ravshan made contact before the tour, he is very knowledgeable and gave us a great overview of Bukhara, including having an iPad with lots of reference photos to show us at each place. Her also gave some great recommendations of places to see / eat at during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Fayz was amazing! Super knowledgeable about the history of the city, but also really good at making the tour fun and easy to follow. It never felt like a history lecture. There was a great mix of history and fun facts, and he answered every question we had. He even took the time to show us a few extra places that weren’t on the original plan because they were important for understanding the bigger picture. Awesome vibes and an awesome experience. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful experience exploring Bukhara with our guide! The tour was a great mix of historical insights and cultural experiences, with several interesting demonstrations along the way that made it all the more engaging and entertaining. What stood out most, however, was our guide's incredible patience and kindness. We had three young children in our group, which naturally meant moving at a slower pace and making frequent stops. He was so accommodating throughout, never once making us feel rushed or as though we were holding up the tour. He genuinely took his time with us, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience at their own pace. I cannot emphasize enough how much our group appreciated his patience and flexibility. It made such a difference, and allowed us all to relax and fully enjoy discovering Bukhara. A lovely experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend!
