Great tour with Abdelhak! Even though I was the only person attending, he still did everything he could to give me the best possible tour. The tour was really informative and covered a lot of aspects. I saw parts of Ouarzazate I would otherwise not have discovered. Abdelhak was open to all kinds of questions and kindly answered all of them. I highly recommend this tour for anyone spending a bit of time in Ouarzazate!

Abdelhak is a spectacular tour guide and a wonderful representative of Ouarzazate. On our tour, he was friendly, insightful, honest, charming, and endlessly interesting, pointing out all the small intricacies of life in Ouarzazate and cheerfully answering all of our questions, whether about language, history, culture, or anything else. On top of all that, we were delayed a bit on the way to start the tour and so ended up coming to the tour late, but Abdelhak graciously waited for us. Highly recommended.

I did a tour with Abdelhak visiting Ouarzazate, the Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, and a route through Kelaat M’Gouna all the way to Merzouga. He is a true professional: always positive, friendly, patient, respectful, and genuinely passionate about his work. Over the course of the trip, he even became a friend. Thanks to him, I saw the most beautiful sunrise in the world in Merzouga and discovered Ouarzazate and its stunning surroundings. He even invited my friend and me to share a couscous with his family — a warm and authentic moment that perfectly reflects his generosity and hospitality. The free walking tour, as well as the trip I later did with him and another friend, remains simply the best trip I’ve ever had in Morocco — and yet I was born there. A huge thank you to him for this unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a guide in Morocco, I highly recommend him without hesitation. J’ai fait avec Abdelhak une visite de Ouarzazate, de la kasbah d’Aït Ben Haddou, ainsi qu’un circuit passant par Kelaat M’Gouna jusqu’à Merzouga. C’est un vrai professionnel : toujours positif, souriant, patient, respectueux et passionné par son métier, qui est devenu un ami au fil du voyage. Grâce à lui, j’ai vu le plus beau lever de soleil au monde à Merzouga et j’ai pu découvrir Ouarzazate et ses magnifiques environs. Il nous a même invités, ma copine et moi, à partager un couscous avec sa famille, un moment authentique et chaleureux qui montre sa générosité et son hospitalité. Le free walking tour, ainsi que le voyage que j’ai ensuite fait avec lui et une amie, reste tout simplement le meilleur voyage que j’ai fait au Maroc, et pourtant je suis née au Maroc. As a tour guide myself I can tell you that this was one of the best tours I've had. Abdelhak presented all of the information in a clear and concise way. The amount of information I walked away with after this tour was amazing. He tought me interesting local traditions, architecture, religion, and to top it all off showed me the best local spots for food, local clothing and souvenirs. If you want to learn not just about the city of Quarzazate, but also about Morroco as a whole, this should be your tour guide.

This has been one of my best guided tours ever. The walk was very nice, Abdel shared a lot of knowledge about the city, about moroccan and berber culture, about food... and he was very kind and open. I really recommend it!

The Best free Walking Tour I ever had. Abdelhak is a Great, funny and positive Person and Guide. He did not only Showed us the Cultural Side of the City But told us many sidefacts and interesting facts about Marocco, the history, the people and just everyday life. We did a Long Walk and although it Took us longer than expected, he did not seem to Rush to get back But was Generally really eager to Show us everything without any hustle. We could ask any question and he was always happy to answer them. It was possible to feel his Motivation and positivity for his Job and I will recommend everyone To do a Tour with him. If it is a free walking Tour or any Order Trip to the desert or Mountains I will definetly wish to Go with hin again. Again thank you very much, I wish you the best and to stay as positive and funny as you Are.

✨ After exploring Morocco for Several days and many different cities, I thought I had experienced a bit of what this beautiful country has to offer—its culture, colors, energy, food, history, etc . As a solo female traveler, I’ve joined several free walking city tours across Morocco, and while most were enjoyable, I wasn’t expecting anything particularly different when I signed up for a new one in Ouarzazate. But this one turned out to be one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences of my trip. Abdel welcomed me with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and total dedication. That alone says so much about the kind of person he is. The tour felt less like a formal activity and more like walking through the city with a new friend. Abdel is knowledgeable, passionate about sharing his culture, incredibly respectful, kind, open-minded. With his international background and love for meaningful cultural exchange, he brings something truly special and human to the experience. I honestly hope I made a new friend in him. His group walking tours are just wonderful—But if you get the chance to hire him for a private tour, I absolutely recommend it. He tours also at other parts in the country. If you’re visiting and looking for something real, respectful, and enriching, I wholeheartedly recommend Abdel walking tour. It’s an experience that will stay with you long after the tour is over. 💛🌍

Abdel is the best! We got to see so much of the city that I otherwise wouldn’t have known to look for, and he was so informative giving interesting history about each place. At the end of the tour he bought tea for each of us. He also gave us helpful tips about transportation for the other activities we wanted to do that day.

I joined Abdelhak’s tour in Ouarzazate at 18pm. His english is sooo good, I didnt have any difficulty following up his story-telling. We were only two people but he was genuinely interested, engaged, caring amd sharing with us. This tour made us grasp and understand morocco more in depth, we were so lucky to have Abdelhak as our guide, he was just so wonderful at answering our all sorts of question with intelligence, logic and meaning. He was such an amazing human beyond being a guide. Very well behaved. You are missing A-LOT if not doing this tour!
