- Redeem your cruise ticket and board at any of the 9 Batobus stations. Boats pass every 15 minutes
- Tickets are valid on Batobus cruises for 24 hours from first use. Tickets will not be accepted on any other cruise or boat
- Scan the QR code to download the audio guide before arrival
- The cruise service operates from December 2024 to March 2025: Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-7pm. From April to October 2025: daily from 10am-7pm
- Departure times and itineraries may vary due to weather conditions
- Luggage, large and non-foldable bags are not permitted on board. Compact luggage, foldable strollers and bicycles are allowed, depending on the space
